The Smak Art lotus flower branding represents a symbol of fortune in Buddhism.  Growing in muddy waters this gives forth the flower's first and most literal meaning:

 

"Rising and blooming above the murk to achieve enlightenment."

And for me that means through art!  I love recreating special places for people - many of my private commissions have been much missed family holiday locations during lockdown and travel restrictions - both in the UK and abroad. My art has brought back special memories for many people of happy times or momentous life moments.
